WORD-MARKING

Mark It - Read It (MiRi) uses systematic marking to teach reading and spelling using a multisensory structured approach. Each deck has a corresponding instructional video to teach the concept in a clear, easy to comprehend format.
The above Boom Card Decks are a sample of the products designed by Two Can Tech LLC to address specific needs along the reading journey. MiRi (Mark-It Read-It) Word Marking uses an Orton-Gillingham based approach and is paired with supplemental deck activities to meet the needs of each student. Completion of all decks and all series is rarely necessary. Decks will be teacher-assigned according to individual needs using a diagnostic - prescriptive approach.

SOUND DIFFERENTIATION

MiRi Sound Differentiation is a specialized supplemental activity to help students learn to differentiate letter-sounds in various positions within words. Similar words are presented auditorially which students drag to the correct target (i.e., beginning sounds, vowel sounds in cvc word, ending sounds). These activites are designed to correspond to leveled word decks from the specific Mark-It Read-It bundle to assist in building a strong foundation for phonemic awareness.
